Terms of Service

NumeriQal is an independent online practice platform designed to help candidates prepare for the numerical reasoning component of EPSO (European Personnel Selection Office) selection tests. NumeriQal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to EPSO, the European Commission, or any EU institution.

By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on NumeriQal. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

NumeriQal offers two tiers of access:

• Free plan: Access to 10 fixed practice questions, answer checking, step-by-step explanations, and the built-in calculator and scratch pad.
• Subscription (€10/month): Full access to all 100 practice questions, fully randomised tests, progress tracking and accuracy stats, topic filtering, PDF question book download with theory included, and the ability to book paid online classes with a professional data analyst.

The subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change over time. Any change in pricing will be communicated before it takes effect. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by applicable Belgian consumer law.

A printed edition of the NumeriQal question book — containing all 100 practice questions, full data tables, step-by-step solutions, and theory summaries — is available for purchase separately via Lulu. The physical book is a standalone product and is not included in the subscription. It is subject to Lulu's own terms of sale and shipping policies.

Subscribers may book paid one-on-one online classes with a professional data analyst. Classes are billed at €50 per hour (VAT included), arranged and invoiced via email after the session. Booking a class through the platform sends a request to the analyst, who will confirm availability. NumeriQal acts as a facilitator for this service and is not responsible for the content or outcome of individual sessions.

You agree to use NumeriQal only for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform, including questions and explanations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the question database by automated means
• Share your account credentials with other individuals
• Use the platform in any way that could harm other users or the integrity of the service

All content on NumeriQal — including practice questions, explanations, design, and code — is the intellectual property of NumeriQal. The questions are original works created to simulate the style of EPSO numerical reasoning tests and are not sourced from or endorsed by EPSO.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own study. No other rights are granted.

NumeriQal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practising on this platform will result in passing any official EPSO test or other examination. The questions are designed to simulate the style and difficulty of EPSO tests but are not official EPSO materials.

We strive for accuracy in all explanations and answers, but we cannot guarantee that all content is free of errors. If you spot an error, please contact us at numeriqal@pm.me.

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, NumeriQal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — failure to pass any examination.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
